The Making of Champions: Coaching Youth Football

This book revolves around my experience as I broke into coaching youth football as an assistant and then as a head coach. By reading what I have learned, how I applied what I learned with aggressive strategy in developing a winning program, this book is intended to aid a beginner coach as he/she begins coaching youth the sport of football. I have overviewed how I taught youth an advanced offense in terms they could understand, and defense that enabled them to continually be the best in their league. I am sharing some of my personal philosophies and experience that maybe you can adopt, which enabled me to turn my first failed attempt as a head coach into a string of championship seasons while incorporated all kids in the scheme of things that made my program a winning one, which developed into The Making of Champions.
